  1. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
  2. Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the time of cancellation:
  • 30 days or more before departure: Partial refund, minus non-refundable deposit.
  • 15-29 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • 14 days or less before departure: No refund.

Cancellation by Discover Tourism

  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer an alternative trip.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving your cancellation request.

Service Provider Terms

  • Refund eligibility for services provided by third parties (hotels, airlines, etc.) will be subject to their respective policies.

Travel Insurance

  • We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to safeguard against unforeseen events.
